DOMODOMO kō brings New York know-how to Dallas in an elevated format. “kō” stands for craft, and the menu leans further into Korean influences while reimagining DOMOKASE with modern presentation. BRBQ is our wood-fired Korean-American grill concept, built around a live-fire bar that brings smoke and aroma. Dinner leans bold and shareable—think LA galbi, pork bulgogi tacos, and ssam platters with house pickles—alongside a rotating bunsik series that reimagines Seoul street-food classics.

Hawaii Oʻahu, 2025

Opening November 2025 at 360 Ewa Beach Country Club. DOMODOMO Hawaii draws from favorites across our group and adapts them with island inspiration, local catch, and produce. A leisurely golf-club setting frames a memorable meal in paradise.
